The Newlands
The Newlands is a multi-stage residential master-planned community located within the St Leonards South precinct in the suburb of St Leonards. The Newlands forms part of the growing St Leonards South community aimed to provide a diverse range of housing close to current and emerging public transport links. The project consists of 5 residential buildings that range in height from 6 to 11 storeys.
